What Is Salvation?
We believe that the one and true Most High God sent His Son Christ who we recognize as our Lord and Savior. He is the anointed (Christ), the Messiah, the only begotten of the Father, and the light and truth of the world. We acknowledge that it is he who came among us in flesh and through him we receive Salvation and everlasting life. (Isaiah 7:14; Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 1:21; John 1:1-18; Colossians 1:12-17)
Through faith in Christ, one can be saved from the eternal consequences of sin which is hell and receive eternal life with the Most High God. When you believe in Christ and accept Christ as your Lord and Savior, you inherit eternal life. Christ says that no one who knows Him keeps on sinning. As you receive salvation, believing in your heart that Christ died for your sin, you also make a commitment to obey His laws and commandments. If you desire to be saved, pray the prayer below:
“Most High God, I confess that I am a sinner and that I need your forgiveness. I believe that Christ is the Son of God, that He died on the cross for my sins, and that He rose from the dead and is seated on his throne in heavenly places. I ask you to forgive me of my sins and to come into my life as my Lord and Savior. I give my life to you, and I ask for your guidance and strength to live for you and obey your laws and commandments from this day forward. Thank you for your love and mercy. In Christ’s name I pray, Amen.”
